Horrible staff, angry and aggressive the moment you walk in. We asked where we could be seated, they said \go anywhere\. They didn't serve is the menu for 15 mins after asking repeatedly. Another group of 6 came and they didn't help them get seated, the elderly gentlemen from the group came to pull two tables of 4 together so they could sit together, the waiter stomped up shouting \ CAN YOU NOT SEE ITS FOUR FOUR FOUR EVERYWHERE?! YOU GO OUT\. Bellavista- you're in the service industry its your JOB to seat customers and be POLITE. Tripad people- Don't patronise this place, there are far better places with better views next to the palace. Pity the monastery is pretty and you will be tempted to sit here - resist and walk away- staff is rude, food is tasteless and service is non existent here is a picture of my food
Honestly one of the best fish and chips around.. don't be fooled by the exterior.. friendly staff and tasty food.. giant cod bites are a steal at 70p

Called on my way home from work chips were rock hard looks like they were left overs from the morning had carton of curry he dropped the lid on the floor and still attempted to use it until I told them I want a CLEAN fresh lid absolutely disgusting food total waste of money
