Unfortunately I can't corroborate other reviews regarding customer service. We've been buying from Northern Vacuums for years also but have been let down with every appliance. I've just been on to them regarding a repeat problem with a tumble dryer purchased one month ago and been told that they \didn't have time\ to contact Hotpoint again for the problem so I had to make the call. Hopeless.
Been using Northern Vacuums for years,outstanding value and old school service/courtesy.The staff might change but they maintain same high standards.Received and installed new washing machine today,on time and hassle free as usual,its not a fluke after 20 years.
We have bought several appliances from here. Where as many places that are disinterested once you have paid. At northern vacuums they have looked after any issues we have had and their after care has blown us away. They genuinely care about their customers.
