Northern Tool + Equipment

Great variety of items here. Hand tools, power tools, generators, pressure washers, PPE, trailers, towing equipment, etc. They're even an authorized Stihl retailer which is great! Prices seemed to be very fair and competitive to other like stores in the area, I always watch for their sales flyers in my email as that is the way to get the best deals. I will undoubtedly be back! Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that they messed up an online order I placed. Regardless this is a great tool shop.

I heard that once upon a time, there used to exist American-born, family-owned, companies that gave good value for quality goods; seems they still exist. Good job, Northern Tool (Insert Thumbs-up-Pres.Obama-emoji)! I had the option to purchase from Home Depot, but I liked how your items were presented online and, each item had a nice breakdown of usage and it's effect on the environment (I purchased Ca-laced Snow Melt pellets). I also purchased your Advantage Membership, that offered me FREE delivery (You guys... Good lookin' out)! My girlfriend lives in Pennsylvania, right now; so, I'm sure I'll get to use the free-shipping option prolifically. Thanks so much! Keep up the good work!

A bait and switch company. If purchased a combo deal (toolbattery kit) and you used the 20% coupon that they sent, they will send you a “tool only” kit instead of that combo deal you intended to buy. They will do their best to avoid you when call for the RA number. Even after the 20% coupon, their tool only kit price was still 50 higher than anyone on the www. SMH
