Visited for a few days, originally I had plans to leave town Friday morning but stopped in to this gallery. Found wonderful whale sculptures which had not been priced since I followed the artist from her car holding a whale sculpture in to the gallery. It was her first day at the gallery and she was setting up. After waiting a couple of hours for the items to be priced, I decided to come back the next week. I looked up the hours online (11-5 M-Sun). I live a couple of hours away, an hour in to my 2.5 hour drive I decided to call the gallery as I would be getting in to town around 4:30. I wanted to ensure they would be open. The lady that answered informed me that they close at 4. When I said I had drove an hour already, thinking they closed at 5 - her response was “oh sorry, that was from before Covid”. It’s November, Covid has been around for 8 months and is no longer a proper excuse. Safe to say, I’ve given up on purchasing a whale sculpture. Their “new hours” are supposedly 11-4 Fri-Mon... very far from what is posted online. Bummer for the brand new artist who would have sold two whale sculptures today. I also have since suggested google updated hours via the app.
