Today, first thing, I had both of my Cadillac’s serviced. The customer service was great. A porter found cash in my car. They ensured it was returned to me. This was my first time having my car serviced at Steve Foley, and it was an amazing experience. I’m happy to know that Steve Foley employs people who are honest and I can trust with my vehicles. This is the first time taking my escalade to this dealership. I needed 4 new tires and they had them in stock. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. The service is impeccable. All around a great experience. I rarely ever rate places on here but this is well deserved. Review Updated after posting this review. As I was admiring the Rolls-Royce in the photo I posted a gentleman (Unfortunately I forgot his name and I dont know his job title at Steve Foley) was walking by and asked if I was being taken care of. I told him that I was just checking out the cars while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. I asked a question and told him I could only imagine how nice it would be to drive with all of the luxurious features on it. He knew I couldn't afford it but took about 10 min out of his day to show me the features he liked and even let me sit in it. It wasn't anything to him but it made my day. I just think he deserves recognition for treating me like he would a person that could afford it. One person's name i do remember is Harvey the service specialist. He was awesome. All customer service representatives should be like the Steve Foley team.

We bought a 2015 Volvo online from this dealership. The car exceeded our expectations! The pictures didn’t do it justice. This was such an easy and quick process. We had our new car within a few days of signing the paperwork. What a great dealership to deal with!

Highly recommended, THEE best place to go to for a new/used car. I have purchased 3 Cadillacs from here for a reason. They work with you and make things happen. Very clean place, they practice social distancing, and will treat you like royalty. Had the pleasure to make my purchases from Matt \the Aussie\ and Tim Martin. Keep these guys on your staff Steve Foley!

This was the second car I bought from Steve Foley. Jim Mazzetti was my sales consultant on both occasions. He is courteous and professional. I purchased the Premium Luxury CT5 with the 3.0 liter engine. He knew I liked the look of the Sport better, but the 3.0 liter was not an option. He insisted I test drive the Sport in the event I might be pleasantly surprised and save a few thousand dollars. I appreciated the extra time he took knowing it might have resulted in a lesser sale. Jason in finance was also helpful as he tailored the warranty to my driving habits and was informative but not pushy when it came to the available warranties.
