Excellent service from Paul Jones at Wollaston Bmw. I have purchased multiple BMW's in the past from various dealerships and Paul provided excellent service. It is rare to find an honest and reliable sales person when purchasing a vehicle. Even after delivery when I noticed a cosmetic issue with the vehicle Paul did everything to remedy the situation as swiftly as possible.

Phoned their service team with a query regarding a vehicle that originated from them that now has a fault. The first person patiently took my details and particulars of the issue and said she'd pass them onto to the service team. That was about a month ago and I've had no response, not even a call to say they can't help me.
