The store was neat and clean. The staff including the manager are helpful, cooperative and professional. The problem was \an optician\, he was rude, non professional and negligent. Firdtly, He went out the examination room to attend a phone call while conducting my eye test. Secondly, he told me that I found a scar in your eye but do re-exam in three months time instead of referring/write a letter to my GP. Thirdly, on my request to repeat what you explained me again because I can't understand, honestly speaking, he did explain me but with bad gesture and attitude. On my enquiry, I found out that he was a visiting optician not the resident. Will Never get check by visiting again.
