More like Shameful Opticians. Putting spikes on the window sills outside to stop homeless people sitting or even sleeping along them at night times is despicable!! Then trying to condone it by saying it's to stop skaters?! I'm telling you now, boarders can still grind those spots. It's obviously to keep homeless away!

So many problems with the service and quality of their glasses to list. Save yourself a headache, I wish I did. The anti homeless spikes outside should've told me what the attitude of this place would be.

Absolutely terrible place. I should’ve known they were going to be bad after I saw the anti-homeless spikes outside, but I decided not to listen to my intuition. Their customer service is laughable. Avoid them like the plague.

Upon booking i was told i might have a charge due to wanting a from signing for a Motor racing licence. Had the eye test no mention of charge, upon paying charged 10. when i inquired why, i was told it was a standard charge. raised to the manager who was most unhelpful, if this is a standard charge why was i not told so when booking. Very poor service and wont get better when the manager has such a poor attitude. Optician was very good and very helpful.
