Prestige installed a beautiful new cafe at the Salvation Army cafe in Northampton. It really does compliment the charity very well and all the staff and customers are really happy! It's added to an already warm atmosphere superbly. Great job guys

At last a firm which doesn't charge a prohibitive call out fee! Very reasonable charge and the speed of response and calibre of the engineer was exceptional. I feel greatly reassured by their advice and am looking forward to working with them on a new project. I wish I'd known about Prestige years ago!

Have been working with prestige for just under 3 years now. Quick to respond to my calls & emails when needing an engineer call out. Having dealt many times with Kuia & Jordan they have understood all the information I was passing over so I would get the correct engineer and service. Engineers arrived when they said they would, completed their jobs quickly & thoroughly as not to cause disruption to the kitchen. Overall, great service, friendly, informative and get the job done at a competitive rate.

Booked an emergency oven repair for our commercial kitchen on the Wednesday. Was told this wouldn't be until the following week. Chased up the following Monday and was told the call out would be the upcoming Thursday. Called on the Thursday to pinpoint an exact time and was told our visit had been cancelled because there were \more important customers\ to deal with. If you're busy its understandable but don't tell us you're coming and then just not show up without even contacting us to let us know ... pretty basic stuff guys.
