Had a sofa bed delivered yesterday. Delivery was on time and driver called me an hour before to let me know exact timing. They were both incredibly friendly and professional and brought all three boxes up to my first floor flat, no questions asked. All in all a good experience.

Absolute joke of a delivery company! I will most certainly stop ordering from shops who use them! I've ordered multiple items from Wayfair with the guaranteed fast delivery option as I needed the items urgently. So the team at panther decided that \Premium Delivery\ means \We'll deliver how and when we feel like it\. To give perspective: They did deliver 2 parts out of 3 for one item on the order, and didn't bother to deliver the rest of the order at all. After calling customer service, they advised that they couldn't deliver the remaining items next day, but rather 4 days later, despite the fact that they've messed up the delivery. One thing is to make a mistake, which is fair enough - it happens, but another thing is not wanting to fix the mistake, and just say \We can't do nothing about it\. That's where you see the difference between competent delivery companies, and companies that are a complete parody. There's a reason we look for fast delivery options and pay for them - it's when we need the items fast, and not when the courier feels like it. That's a concept Panther needs to start contemplating. Either way, I'll be sharing my experience with them across the board, so more people don't get the same rubbish experience. Hopefully they'll lose business to the point when they will realise that they can't behave this way, and then either improve or go bankrupt.

Text night before delivery. Text and hour before delivery. Phone call half an hour before and phone call 5 minutes before. Pretty impressive if only all delivery companies were this efficient! Thank you panther.

\DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR DELIVERY\\ Ordered a bed from ebay on tuesday, seller dispatched it same day...supposed to deliver on friday, didn't....rang them, waited for an hour then was told will deliver on saturday, didn't... called back..no reply...turn up on Monday....and then my bed was like totally rubbish...I can confirm no seller can send like this....asked seller, they said we sent a brand new, not like this...Thanks to the seller who replaced the bedset on his own expense..
