We had Nu-Look replace our old conservatory roof just before Christmas last year, we are so pleased with the results, the outside looks really great and so does the inside, the finish was of best quality workmanship. The guys who fitted our new roof were hard working very polite and thorough, the chaps who done the plastering and electrics we could not fault. All turned up early, on time even though they had to travel some distance each day. We now have a room we can use all year round without shutting off during the winter months. We would advise anyone thinking of having this type of improvement to seriously consider this company.

The roofers worked non-stop and fitted the new roof in one day! The quality of their work was superb and they tidied up when they had finished.They even cleaned the windows! Similarly, the plasterer and the electricians were first class. We would highly recommend this company. Brilliant.

I was really happy with my new roof initially, but unfortunately after filling cracks, that reappear every few months, for the last two years, Nu Look have now said it's normal / to be expected and that they aren't willing to resolve the problem. This wouldn't grate so much had they not repeatedly assured us at the beginning that they are committed to ensuring a perfect finish, backed by a long warranty.
