This shop is very well played out Stocked well and immaculate! The lady who owns the shop is really lovely and knowledgeable....been a customer for a while...great selection of teas .insence also beautiful gift ideas...bracelets necklaces etc! The prices are very reasonable and would highly recommend this store!!! One of my fave shops in the local area.many thanks to the lovely owner

Shopped here for the first time with my best friend near the beginning of lock-down. The woman who manages the shop made us both feel extremely uncomfortable. I understood that she had concerns about covid and people coming in and out of her shop but she seemed on edge at all times. She was constantly spraying items around the shop - even items that we had never touched! She followed us around the shop the whole time and didn't make us feel comfortable to shop around freely without her chasing after us with her disinfectant spray bottle. I completely understand her concerns during this pandemic but she came across as very stuck up! Little does she know I've always practiced good hygiene throughout my entire life and Dettol has always been a staple cleaning product in my home. It's not cool to make customers feel like they're riddled with disease and she needs to be made aware of her behaviour. The way she behaved was unacceptable and unnecessary. She focused too much on sanitizing the products around the shop and barking at customers not to touch the products, instead of providing good customer service. My friend and I certainly won't be returning to this shop! That woman was a nightmare. I don't recommend at all
