Phone system doesn't work. I queue to speak to an advisor for only a matter of 5-10 minutes and then the call is just cut off. Yet I am suppose to pay them?

impossible to get through by phone. after first menu option its just a dead line no matter which option you select. misleading and not fit for purpose.
Extremely poor phone system. No call queue system at all, once you get through the phone system options it just rings and rings. I have been on the phone waiting for over 20 minutes now with no indication of how long I will wait. Just based on how simple a decent phone system is to implement and how inexpensive it is, this is just poor. Cost of phone system vs the amount of people that must be angry at this poor service. Very simple business decision
They simply don’t answer the phone. So why exist useless.
All Courts are crooked now. This one is no different.
