Visited Reading Audi, not a great experience. Watford Audi, much the same. Visited Northampton Audi to have a storage box supplied and fitted and I have to say they put the others in the shade. I was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner by all staff, in particular and young man called Benji who is a credit to the company. Highly recommended by me!

Last service & MOT. Never again! Vehicle returned to me damaged. Ok they repaired it but, no offer of any incentive to remain a loyal customer, which I have been for the last four years. So next time your Audi goes there for whatever reason I hope you get better treatment than I received. Question to Northampton Audi why did you treat me so appallingly?
