Newlyn are just a bunch of thugs trying to steal peoples property for a fast buck. Under most circumstances if you don't allow a bailiff access to your property they can't forcibly remove your goods. Once you let them in they can take (steal) whatever they like. Don't allow these thieves access to your property. Seek guidance from citizens advice.

This people are thick and rude. They ignore phone calls, emails and any attempt to set up a payment arrangement so they can come to your house and add charges. They then make illegal claims. Seriously any council or agency that engages these thugs needs to think again.
If you are ever unlucky enough to have to deal with this company I really do feel for you. The office staff are a joke unhelpful, rude, arrogant and basically are taking the mick out of you whilst talking to you. The enforcement agent I had to deal with was threatening, refused to work with me at all, refused any payment offer his answer was I will take your car, I don't have to agree to a payment plan with you..I was told they had spoken to my car finance company who had agree removal of my car, this was a LIE after I contacted my finance company I was told they couldn't remove my car for sale only clamp it. The worst company any business, local authority hiring these animals should be ashamed of themselves..fact ..
Clamped my car 10th march 2019 without even a letter being sent to me to inform me of a unpaid parking ticket anyway paid it on the 13th March 2019 total 393 told me clamp a be off within the hour 2hours later had to ring they baliff again to ask how much longer til clamp removed and he said oh he's took the locks off and you just need to pull clamp away from car and leave near the wall from him to collect in the morning which I did(but why didn't he take clamp when he unlocked it) well today 22nd March 2019 I get boxed in by police cars and they tell me my car has been reported stolen by local council for unpaid parking ticket, my response was NO I paid last week.....Well after 30mins and loads of calls by me and police officers we finally get newlyn plc to admit i had paid and they hadn't informed the local council over a week later. So avoid this bullying theifing company at all costs and so should the council's around the UK that use this company. Dreadful people.
Absolutely disgusting company, rude is an understatement! I have been trying to speak with them however they push me from pillar to post without any resolve! I paid my parking fine straight to the council and the woman agent told me \yeah so you paid that but you still owe us the full amount for that fine\ how on earth does that work!? I told them no, as the council has advised that they will close the account with them and she then said \oh ok then i will put your account on hold for a week and speak with them\. So they threaten apparent legal action, tried bullying me into paying money i have already paid and give false information to try to get me to pay. Scum bags!
