My daughter and I visited recently to look for a Fiat 500 as she had recently passed her test. After finding the car she wanted, the friendly and knowledgable sales advisor explained the entire buying process clearly and concisely to my daughter and answered any queries that I had in an honest and professional manner. We returned the next weekend to collect my daughter's new car and the couple of small issues that I had pointed out had been dealt with and the car was really nicely presented with the sales advisor explaining the car's controls and functions in detail in order that my daughter could drive from the forecourt with confidence. Unlike many other dealers or car supermarkets, there was no pressure or hard-selling tactics and my daughter and I never felt that we were being taken advantage of. The car itself was a very fair price and the finance was quick and easy to sort and very competitive too. Overall, a great experience and I would be more than happy to recommend Motorvogue in Kingsthorpe to my family and friends.
