Stay away from this agency ! They convinced me and my husband to quit a full time job with another agency ,lying to us that we will work all the time 40 h/week and we will get a contract with the company after 12 weeks training period if we are not late and we don t take any day of without a good reason...we done our best to do our job perfect and in January they said that it is really quite and they don t need people anymore,in the situation when it was really busy...They let us without a job when it is the worst period of time to find a good job and they didn t care.. They are lying a lot when they are giving you the job only to use you when they need,and then...Is the worst agency that I meet since i came in England,for 5 years...

I am very grateful for the CAD Designer job! When I’ve registered with Impact Recruitment I didn’t expect that I can find this kind of job here but now I know it is possible! Within the last year the experience and knowledge that the recruiters I have used from this agency have, has enabled me to find the right staff and retain them with over 20 individuals moving from temp to full time perm contracts within this time. The induction and screening process is thorough and the standards are set from the outset in regards to what we can offer a potential candidate and the expectations and standards we expect in return.
