I'm very happy with the service. Customer service is great. Social distance outstanding and only 1 customer at the time. Feedback was great too provided me with quotes to be prepared for the future which I thought was great. Every single staff I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.
Friendly, informative and supportive staff. The autocentre has adapted to the restrictions implementing measures and clearly taking customer safety seriously. The work carried out is explained and of the highest quality. Returning customer after a couple years using the car dealership. Will be sticking with Halfords.
Andy and Corey were brilliant at the Northampton Halfords garage. All work done as requested and on time. They even lifted my spirits on a Covid lockdown day with their professionalism, humour and honesty as I thought I had to pay a little more ! They assured me I did not. Brilliant service, highly recommended.
