I was really pleased with the health check and service my bike was given by George at Weedon Road Halfords this week. I felt the assessment he gave was accurate, I was not over-sold a level of cover that wasn’t needed, and I was also happy to have recommendations on tyres and accessories that I bought and were fitted for me when I came to collect it. I wasn’t expecting the service to be as pleasing as it was. It is terrific to deal with with someone so passionate about their work.

Ordered on line and received a text within 45 mins that my item was ready to collect. The store was well lit inside & out. Hand sanitisers for use at the entrance. Greeted by a friendly face who had my order ready for me at the counter. I was also offered a free 5 voucher code for use on my next on line shop. Impressive store and service. Thankyou.

Easy to order online and set a collection date for collecting a built bike. Arrived on the day at the set time and didn't have to wait at all. Pleasant and polite colleague gave me the bike. Great to have the bike made up ready to go for 10 which is good value.
