Come here a lot as it's very local. They're all really helpful and I've been in for a range of issues, from services, to having cleats fitted. I've found they will often go above and beyond to help you out and will keep you updated on progress. Would highly recommend.

Although I have my own shop and have full access to various parts and accessory accounts, every once in a while I get caught out and don’t have in what I need. The guys on Kettering road have on the whole been very helpful to me on a number of levels, plus also supporting a local business and essentially competition. My only criticism (and it’s definitely not staff in shop) would be to head office for not investing properly in the passionate technicians working out the back by giving them access to various courses paid for to further the knowledge they already possess. Plus spend some money (proper money) on tooling for your technicians who are very passionate and I promise you nothing but success and also a workforce that will be happy to continue working for you. The strength of your business also in how you look after your staff. To sum up my 5* review is for the staff who fully deserve every one of them. They have worked tirelessly for each and every one. Praise them !

Love this shop..been buying bikes/bike stuff from Cycle king for around 18 years..Guys are really polite and always helpful. Much rather use this shop than a company like Halfords anyday. You can always put a deposit on a bike while you pay it of over a few weeks in installments which is also really helpful.
