I can't even imagine why a company as bad as this one is allowed to continue to operate legally in this country.

I just heard today from a credit check company that i have got a CCJ i have never been aware of or contacted for. Such a scam company that ruins the whole credit score report and you never know why!

Lowell's Fraud Centre more like. Any money that Lowell's want from you, they will try to threaten you with via this 'bulk' centre or more accurately 'Cash Flow Centre'. It's illegal as they are not represented by any judiciary...it's just a call centre. When this fraud is finally shut down (whenever this will be) - it will open up many claims. Just ignore the demand letters from Lowells and BD Solicitors as they are cowboys. Shred them, p*ss on them, burn them, just DONT ACT ON THEM..
