I took my Laptop in 1 week ago and the owner told me he’d call me in 2 days time (what I wanted done was a small job by the way) I call him since I haven’t had a call and he tells me nothings been done yet so I give him 1 more day and he says he’s going to call me. Following day no call, so I call and I ask why he hasn’t called me then he says we can’t do anything just come collect it so I ask if they can’t do it or if they haven’t looked turns out they haven’t look so they wasted my time I would have had it sorted it but they messed me about Anyway moral of the story don’t open a business if your not willing to serve your customers not rocket science

Very positive. Was given a good and clear explanation at to the possible cause of my issue with my mobile, and how much it would cost to repair. This repair took 20 minutes, as promised. So very pleased with the whole experience at citymobile. Recommended!
On Saturday 9th July 2016 I took my partner's phone into city mobile repaires on Kettering Road, Northampton. It required a new screen as he had smashed the glass. I was told that it would take 40 minutes & cost 75. I left the phone with them and went back 45 minutes later. I sat and waited another 30 minutes before he said it was mended. When we checked it in the shop it still didn't work, the man said \I will have to take the screen out again but it won't take long\. 10 minutes later he said it was ready. 1 week later the screen went blank again & it looked like it was broke on the inside of the screen. Today I took it back to city and explained what had happened. The man was very rude. He didn't even look at the phone, he just said \you have broke it and it's not my problem\ I was disgusted with the customer service and left the shop. I went to another shop to get it fixed and when the gentleman opened the phone up all the screws holding the board in place were loose and 1 was missing. The missing 1 just fell out, it had been rolling around inside & that was what has caused the screen to be damaged! I am going to take this to Trading Standards because we wasted 75 on a repair that actually damaged the phone even more because the random screw also damaged the clips inside that turn the phone on and off. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS SHOP!
