Carpetright what a awful experience me and my wife have had, Very Unorganised staff and very unhelpful and rude once they have your money. To many problems to list but basically they are so old school in selling bullying techniques that should not exist in this society nowadays. But I praise the quick response from Barclays for stopping the payment to carpetright and pointing out my rights as a customer. So thank you Barclays

Absolute joke! Ordered 3 weeks ago got my delivery date so booked a day of work and got rid of my old bed, all to be phones an HOUR before delivery that they couldn't today. With no information as to why it when it will be I rang carpetright and was informed it got cancelled last week and noone had informed me! I now have to wait a further week or two. Discusting I have no bed and a day out of work!
