Canton House

Placed an order on just eat, checked all my detail were correct then proceeded to order. The delivery guy came, ignoring the note to walk up the side of the house, so spoke to him out my flat window. He refused to give me my food because one digit was apparently out on my phone number on the receipt, which I oniw it was not, and even though everything on the receipt was exactly the same as on my phone, still would not give me my food. I called the take away then 10 mins later he came back.henohoned me and asked me to come outside, even though its freezing cold and I'm registered disabled. He then proceeded to argue with me the point, while further letting my food get even colder. Never again will I order if I know this driver will be delivering. Now to eat my cold food!!

1 and a quarter hours after confirming our order on just eat we get a cancellation message. This was at the time they had agreed to deliver it. Appalling service.

Tried charging us twice for our order when we even paid online and showed the delivery driver we have paid and the lady on the phone was asking for more money and she wouldn't listen to say we have already paid

Food good and very good driver. However, the owners are extremely arrogant and only accept orders when they feel like it. Happy to take your money if they are quiet but simply decline online orders placed on line when they want to. Customer loyalty means nothing to this restaurant.. advise you to avoid.

Ordered Singapore fried rice and beef chow mein, excellent quality, delivered promptly, it's the first time I've ordered from Canton house and I will continue to do so. Well done
