I have been seen at the Three Shires on and off for the last 13 years and every single experience I've had there as been excellent from surgeries, to scans and consultant appointments. More recently I had a pre-op by 2 absolutely lovely nurses who made me feel so at ease and were just very kind to me. I can't recommend this hospital enough! Thank you to all at Three Shires from the reception staff and the doctors and nurses!

Experienced really incompetent service from this hospital regarding my mums care. She has alzheimer's and atteneded the hospital for a cystoscopy. The hospital was made aware previously of her alzheimer's disgnosis though after I'd dropped her off for this routine procedure I get a phone call an hour later saying they can't peform the procedure as they are unsure if she has the capacity to give consent. Having been made aware previously of her disgnosis they should have taken this into consideration before getting my mum to attend an appoint at 10 past 8 in the morning for no reason, totally messing up her normal routine, a routine which is very important for people with dementia. While this would just be an annoying inconvenience for most people, because of my mums illness it caused her great distress as she didn't understand why they couldnt peform the cystoscopy. In future when dealing with vulnerable patients can you please take issues of consent into consideration before the appointment to avoid the unnecessary anguish.

I hade a LaSH on 14th of August. I have been diagnosed and I should have had the surgery 4 years ago, but I didn't trusted anyone till I met Dr. Clement Von Winderkind. He is an amazing surgeon, has a good word for everyone, he is amazing. The facilities and the stuff at the hospital are at a high standard! I highly recommend! It is worth every penny paid!
