Always gets a good service at Bolton maintaining our recovery plan. Disappointed that no mention was made of the steering pump that is obviously making a noise. Cost for review Qty 0.1 unit price 120 refund requested 12.

I’m really impressed with the customer service from Bells Motor group. We found the car we wanted online and Mick was so helpful, from our initial conversation about the vehicle, right through to the purchase and vehicle delivery. We were initially worried about such a huge purchase online as we didn’t actually visit the showroom or test drive the car! But Mick looked after us and we felt reassured that everything would be fine, plus we had the peace of mind of the additional warranty and the distance sale consumer rights. Graham and Nathan delivered the car, and were so kind and patient explaining the features to me - despite the sub zero temperatures outside - and were really observant of social distancing. The aftercare is great too, Mick was on hand to answer our call when we needed advice getting used to our new car. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bells Motor Group. Oh, and the car we bought is BEAUTIFUL. Exactly as described.

Purchased a Volvo from Marc this week and would highly recommend. From my first contact I have received excellent customer service, was kept updated on the progress of the sale and was provided with clear information on comparison figures for a new vehicle vs the pre reg I was interested in. My new car was delivered yesterday and the delivery driver was a credit to Bells, he took the time to ensure I was happy with the vehicle functions and helped set up my profile before he left.
