I'll be fair the service at Kia that I have had over the last couple of years has been great. The reason for 3 stars is that on the last service, the car was valeted and they parked the car so close to a metal sign that when they exited the car they took a divot of paint out of the drivers door. I returned into the showroom and one of the staff came out so that I could show them the damage. They were very apologetic and said they would speak to the manager and call me to arrange it to be repaired. Still waiting for that call 3 weeks later. Update 1st December Received a call from Kia very apologetic and they are resolving the issue. It's how we deal with these little things as sometimes mistakes happen. I am happy to say that my impression of Kia has been restored. Thank you Coral for your call and sorting this.

Great experience with Bells Kia; from the original purchase with their sales team, and now with their service department too. I'm loving the car (Sportage 2.0 GT line) and unlike other main dealers, the aftersales matches the motor. Highly recommended.
I bought a Kia sorento from bells. On first arrival I was greeted by a salesman called Simon. He was very friendly and helpful, not at all pushy like some car salesmen. He showed us around the car and sent us out on a test drive. When we returned and said we had found an issue he said it would be sorted, we agreed the deal and collected the vehicle at the arranged time. Everything was ready and sorted out for us and we left feeling very happy. After about 6 weeks we went away with our caravan (hence the reason for the Sorento) only to find out that the 4 wheel drive didn't work, all it was doing was spinning the front driver's side wheel. I got intouch with the service department and booked it in. On the day we took it in for repair I was greeted by Coral again very friendly and helpful. She also arranged a courtesy car for us to use. During the time my car was there she kept me updated with the progress. This was all done under warranty. When we collected it it was all washed and cleaned ready for us and everything was explained to what had been done. I have to say from the treatment and experience I received from everyone at Bells I can recommend you give them a call or even visit. (We had snow today and the 4 wheel drive worked perfectly, very happy.) Thank you.
Took my kia for a annual service great customer service polite prompt and exceptional standards already looking at my next purchase. Other car dealership take a look at Kia that's how you deal with customers. (Vauxhall)
