Just had TV and fire delivered and TV installed by 2 very pleasant young men. When we made our purchase from the store staff went out of there way to be helpful.
I needed a new washing machine. Expert advice in-store meant an easy decision regarding the new washer and then a very quick, efficient, safe installation of the integrated washing machine by two lovely fitters who took all COVID-19 precautions a few days later. They removed and disposed of the old machine and packaging for me and left a very tidy kitchen. The cupboard door needed new holes in which to fit the integrated hinges (which they currently doing) and this didn’t cause any issues. From start to finish Maxwell’s customer service and their in-house fitters (Steve & Sean) have been fabulous. This highlights why shopping local and using an independent store is the best option #shoplocal #supporttheindependent
My fridge freezer died, phoned Maxwells’s and a new one was delivered three hours later. Excellent service.
Fantastic company and my contact was with Paul Burton. I ordered a Roberts wifi 107 stream radio from them. they were so helpful as I always ask loads of questions and they even shipped it to me in France. they really put in the extra miles ( literally ) to get me what I wanted. The. package arrived as promised in great working order, I was very happy. I highly recommend anyone using them as I defiantly will in the future.
