I honestly can’t thank Alan enough. I phoned him and he came out the same day even during a COVID pandemic. He was thorough, clearly extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest and very helpful and very reassuring. Alan provided us with great advice and with an open door to contact him if I needed anymore help. I would highly recommend Alan to all my family and friends and anyone with any type of pest problem. Wow! This company is fantastic! On our home buyers survey the report came back with active infestation in the loft. Alan came to check it out for us (From Saltburn to Richmond within 2 days of me emailing him!) and confirmed the loft was in great condition and he was confident with the condition with it. Really honest and genuine guy! I felt terrible for him coming over without resulting in a job for him but reassured me it was good to have to checked! He even checked over the rest of our new house for us for our piece of mind! Absolutely spot on, couldn't have asked for anything more! Brilliant, knowledgeable and honest! 10/10! Definitely worth paying a very small fee for his time.

Very good service from alan at exopest, when we had discovered we had a rodent proboem, i called alan and he was there the same day. he made us felt at ease about the issue and had it resolved within days.very reassuring and professional. Would recommend alan to anyone who has a a pest problem.
