We bought a caravan during the height of Covid lockdown - the whole thing was an absolute joy. Alan treated us to a fantastic sale & everything was done in a safe environment. We followed things up with Emma who gave us a great after sales process. The highlight was collecting our new van where we received the best handover we've ever had. Luke was amazing & went through everything in detail & sorted out lots of odd bits we wanted doing. He worked through his lunch to sort everything out & spent a couple of hours with us. Absolutely tremendous service from my first phone call with Alan to taking the van nearly one month later. Thanks very much guys Simon, Alison, Matthew & Rosie (the dog!)

I needed help and advice when I thought I had an electrical problem in my Hymer motorhome. The electrics were tested and all was proved to be working well but I had called in without an appointment and the service I received was excellent, efficient and immediate. I was made to feel they were willing to help and reassure me. I would thoroughly recommend North Western Caravans.
Can't thank Emma, Alan and the guys for all the help they gave us today, they were amazing, we bought our used van from them a few years ago and have never had a problem. We are booked to go away tomorrow for 5 weeks and after giving it the once over yesterday decided we'd pack it today! Could we find the key to open the door after 2/3 hours we gave up the ghost, we rang Emma at North West caravans to see if she had any idea what we could possibly do. Emma told us if we could take the caravan down to their place she had a box full of keys we could try, everyone was so helpful the guys out of the workshop, Emma and Alan. we weren't successful with the keys but one of the guys managed to get a number off the barrel after successfully opening the battery storage compartment. They didn't have the key in stock but said they could get one delivered for us asap, Emma disappeared and came back with a phone number for a local key supplier who had them in stock and would stay open for us to collect today. They've done that extra mile for us and was only concerned that we let them know if the keys worked. Emma they did, thank you all so much you've made two old wrinkles very happy and enabled us to go on our holidays. I will be in touch tomorrow to pay you for the keys
Great to start with, but he seems in my opinion a bit of a chancer, quick to offer his opinion slow to get work done.
Brilliant service from Alan at North Western Caravans who managed to fix my broken door handle from hundreds of miles away and during the Covid lockdown. Got to be the best caravan dealer in the UK, so helpful, flexible and totally customer focused. Thank you Alan you’re a star!
