My washing machine broke down at 9:30am this morning and I called the shop to ask if they could recommend a machine for delivery. The shop were AMAZING and recommended machines in my budget and advised of the warranties. In two hours they had delivered the new machine taken the old one away and plumbed in the new one. Service second to none. Can’t recommend this shop/people enough and will definitely use again
Well what can I say about David and the shop.... After my 82 yr old mother in law’s tumble dryer broke down my wife and I tried to buy a tumble dryer and a new Tv we struggled to find anyone who would deliver and or fit the said goods lots of them insisted the goods were collection only, and as we are in London didn’t make it easy for us with the current pandemic to get up to Wales to be of any assistance let alone for a 82yr old pensioner on her own to do herself, then I found David at NWDA who couldn’t be more helpful, David and his team agreed to deliver both items instal and take the old goods away for disposal. For his kindness and easy dealing I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Chris.
