I traded in my leased Mercedes-Benz vehicle for a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. It was my first time doing a trade-in and I was promised they would handle all the details and make it a seamless transition for me... I dropped my Mercedes at the Mercedes dealership for service and picked up my Wrangler. Fast-forward and for over two months they still hadn't coordinated things with the Mercedes-Benz dealership, which left me paying simultaneously for my Mercedes lease and my Jeep finance (and two separate insurance costs too). During this time they ignored my texts/calls/emails, forcing me to follow up with four different people at the dealership and send various consecutive emails before getting a response. They passed the buck between various employees and tried to pin this on the Mercedes dealership, claiming the Mercedes dealership was not being cooperative, until I got involved myself and was able to get prompt and clear responses from Mercedes. Finally, after three months, they finalized my lease termination with Mercedes, relieving me of the lease payments, but I am still out thousands of dollars for lease payments I was promised I wouldn't have to make... and even though they said they'd reimburse me, I can't get ahold of anyone at the dealership by phone or email. I have sent maybe 20 emails over the course of three months just to tie up these loose ends. Most recently, on Jan 20 (no response), Jan 22 (no response), Jan 26, Jan 29 (no response), Feb 3 (no response), Feb 8 (no response), Feb 12 (no response)...... So if you care about your time or your money, go elsewhere... TL;DR: Traded in my vehicle for a Jeep but they didn't follow through on my lease termination so I was left paying for 2 cars for months. Dealership ignored all texts/emails and still hasn't reimbursed me.

A huge thank you to Eddie, Darby and the rest of the team at Foundation North Van. Eddie took the time to actually listen to what I was looking for, and was very patient with helping me with the purchase of my Jeep. He wasn’t “pushy”, which was very refreshing. He did a great job of representing me (the customer) and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Darby on the finance side of things was also very energetic and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, a great experience - my wife and I couldn’t be happier!

Amazing experience at this store while I traded my Car with a Truck. Everyone at this store is so polite, professional and extremely helpful. Highly recommend Foundation North Vancouver for Trade ins and financing. The finance department is the best I have come across in Vancouver till date. Keep up the good work guys.You get my 10 out of 10 period you people.

The purchasing experience felt very smooth, unlike a lot of there places. I do not post reviews often but when I do Its because I have had a phenomenal time.
