Bought a 2017 mini SD from. NORTHSTAR. original transaction smooth with good communications as I was buying remotely. After two months the car developed a fault. Again they replied quickly to my e mails and booked the car in for repair and rectified the fault. All staff acted professionally and promptly I can recommend purchasing a car from them.

Purchased car which is fine and value for money, just legal tyre which was an advisory on mot 6 months earlier was supposed to be changed and wasn’t was changed after pointing out on collection. The interesting thing here is that the mot that had 6 months left turned into a 12 month one as it was retested in error so good for me, but new mot had no advisories on although barely legal tyre still on! Also outstanding finance on HPI. I had to do my own checks and clear this up!
The van I bought from here was easy to purchase with help from the polite and helpful salespersons. I bought exactly what I required for my everyday use. One of the best garages for MOT and service aswell.
So far so good. We bought our car just prior to lockdown. It's a great car. We have a small issue with it which we hope will be resolved Monday so I guess Monday will tell more about their service. However so far we have had a great experience with this company, really friendly staff, I get the impression they do care about their customers and will do what they can to make life a little easier.
Have used North Star for many years. Always a very friendly and professional welcome from the staff. Great service and would thoroughly recommend. Keep up the good work !
