Yet again newcastle bus depots do not disappoint lots of great buses to see a FANTASTIC family day out.
Awaiting 310 bus from North Shields at 13.35 yesterday Saturday. 40 minute wait until one arrived missing 2 buses out. I asked the driver why the delay and she was downright rude to me in front of a bus full of passengers. Ranting to me that it wasn't her fault and she should've been on her break by then. I don't expect to be spoken to like that when I only asked a fair question. Customer service was abysmal. The driver made me feel very uncomfortable. There was obviously a reason why there were missing buses and that is the question I asked. No answer was given. Poor service.
A very hard place to find at least from the direction I came from on foot. If maps directs you across train tracks and down back alleys this is actually the direct route in this case
