The delivery was on time but order was wrong. Rang them straight away and said they will sort this out. An hour later nothing so called back for them to say it’s on it’s way. Another hour and a half later, still nothing so called back for them to say the driver said it’s out of the way and they are really busy when I live 10 minutes away! They said they couldn’t deliver it but will put it down on our next delivery when we order again. When I said I wanted a refund all they said was that there was no driver to give me my money back. So the girl who I spoke to on the phone lied when she said it was on its way and didn’t have the decency to call us to let us know they won’t be delivering to us tonight. I will never be ordering from them again!!

Placed order got a phone call to say didn't have some items, not a big problem at all for me changed order and was happy, however ordered hotdogs, 1 with tomato sauce 1 with mustard both with jalapenos, when arrived only one hotdog had tomato sauce and none had jalapenos again not the end of the world but I had previously been on the phone and could have been notified that there's no mustard and jalapenos and then I could have asked for tomato rather then received a dry plain hotdog not exactly great for 3, brownie was moist and warm a little bit heavy but very nice and the skittles milkshake is outstanding

We placed an order for a milkshake, chocolate strawberries and two white chocolate cookie dough, the order took over an hour to arrive and the milkshake wasn’t cold enough, when the order arrived, the driver told us there was no cookie dough and give us 2 cake pops we hadn’t asked for and charged us 2 pound for them, so we were charged 10-50 for a warm and watery milkshake and a small amount of strawberries and some cake pops we didn’t order and didn’t want, in stead of being rang by the shop to inform us there was no cookie dough before the order arrived, not happy and won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend
