Fast and friendly service. The place is super clean, seems like someone is always cleaning. Very helpful and great at giving you information you may need. They have free coffee and bottled water if you need/want some while waiting. I didn't use it, but they have shuttle service for you so you don't have to wait while they work on your car.

Andy is AWESOME!!! So nice and friendly. He took time to answer and explain all my questions. In addition, I received a nice surprise - I was expecting the replacement of driver-side turn signal bulb to be a little over 200. Turned out, it wasn't as hard to replace as originally thought. I had received a 20% off coupon from AutoNation (Woo-Hoo!!!) and I ended up paying around 75, instead of the 200().

I know many people have reservations about car dealerships and sales staff. I want you all to know that I have bought numerous cars from this dealership for 20 years. I had a GREAT experience over the last few days when purchasing a used car from Sal and Tamara. These 2 were patient, knowing that I wanted something safe and reliable for my teenager, followed up with me appropriately, and we’re NOT some high pressure sales folks. They listened, gave input, and allowed my wife and I to make an informed decision . I don’t review many businesses but these 2 made such an awesome impression on me I felt it necessary to be sure that they were given credit for being good people not just out to get a sale. When I pulled in to the service center I was greeted by Chandler, I think that was his name. He came from from garage area to help because the boys in the office ignored me, I know they saw me pull in! Chandler got me checked in right away. I was also happy to know that my suv got sanitized free knowing it was a fee previously.
