They made the entire purchase process of my 2021 Telluride quick and enjoyable. I drove in with my previous SUV and out with my brand new SUV in record breaking time. Sean Grundy is the most exceptional service manager that I have encountered in NJ and had the pleasure of working with. He is supremely professional, efficient, and puts the customer needs in front of anything else. My husband is very cautious in who he trusts with his Genesis G80 3.3T but now he trusts no one else. Sean's acumen in conducting valet services for us keeps us at ease and allows us to continue our work knowing that the safety of our vehicle is in the best of hands. Sean goes above and beyond to make sure if there is anything else that needs to get done, he will go to immeasurable lengths to ensure it gets done. My salesperson Oscar went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect vehicle, and worked with us extensively to provide us with an exceptional deal. He dedicated a lot of time, patience, and technical knowledge, all while being courteous, professional, and just an all around nice guy. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful.
