Don't bother calling, calls always go unanswered and if they don't, they'll often be met with indifference. Just show up at their offices instead. Even though they have way below average customer service, atleast that way you can implore them to help.

Your customer care service is horrible. Customer care representatives are rude, careless and often hang up calls whenever one calls. It is the worst public service provider in Kenya.
Your number never goes through and when it does they are extra rude and always hang up before answering any questions.
No online support, calls to the numbers provided go unanswered and their social media team does not give back feedback on enquiries.....awful services
Have great structure on regulations but slow customer service and permit issuing.
