I have to say that they are wonderful and great people that I have ever seen. They helped our family so much and almost save our family. Long stories short. My roof is ruined during hurricane Irma. It has been leaking forever and I tried my best to contact my insurance company to get the claim. But I finally failed . So I have to find the company to fix it , and that drive me crazy. I have to admitted that we were very unfortunate that all the 5 contractors that we found are so bad and spent a lot of money. All of them are recommended me to change a completely new roof and that will cost me about 40,000 is I am so thankful that I finally find Fraser Property & adjusting . I was pretty sure that I have to be prepare for the worse situation. But after some waiting period, they gave me big surprise for Christmas. Wow I could not believe it. Guess how much claim I got ?????? 75000 Wow Wow I am just so excited and so so so so ..... HAPPY ️️️

Fraser Property and Adjusting did an excellent job handling my insurance claim. I had a plumbing issue that affected my cabinet and flooring in the kitchen . A friend of mine who had used their services recommended them to see if I was eligible for damages. They came right out to assess the situation with a free no strings attached inspection. The public adjuster was extremely knowledgable and professional. He was very detailed in his inspection and took into account all damages both big and small. He then sat down and answered all of our questions, explained the process and addressed our concerns. We did end up having an eligible claim and we recovered more than originally expected to fix our kitchen . I do believe we received the monetary amount we did because of the spectacular inspection and detailed claim he filed on behalf of us. I definitely recommend their services and have actually already referred people to them. The only thing that I wish could've happen is that it would've taken a little bit less time, but other than that THANK YOU!

They are attentive, personable, and he really cares about making sure the homeowners achieve the best outcome possible. I highly recommend Fraser Property. Ari, made everything aware to me at the beginning, with nothing in between. I was in constant communication with them, as I wasn't really educated about how mold could really damage my property that BAD! If you have any mold issues in your house, I STRONGLY recommend Fraser Property as they will help you get the money you deserve to pay for the repairs plus more.
