I like Ben Hamilton the gentleman that has sold me my last two cars but the real reason I continue to return to Russell is because of their Service Dept. Guys like Mike and Chris are the reason for my return. They have been kind and most importantly honest which is something that is hard to find these days. Really good guys that should be commended for a job well done!!!!

I have always been super satisfied with the amount of service I get at Russell. Ever since I bought my SUV two years ago, I still go back for regular maintenance and had the collision center fix a fender bender recently. The staff is always super helpful, friendly, and not overly pushy. Highly recommend.
