Over 4 decades, I've purchased many vehicles, several being GM products. Most of those experiences have been pretty good. However, the Gwatney purchase of my new Denali pickup was by far, the absolute BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I was in and out of the dealership in a timely fashion, but each staffer was careful to explain everything in detail--especially when it came to the specifics of the vehicle. There is a lot to know about these new models and the salesman was careful to be sure that I understood each detail. We love us some Gwatney and love this new GMC truck!

Always professional and accommodating. Have my 2020 GMC but hated to trade my 2014 GMC. Hurry and get it if it's still there . Awesome truck with just under 90K miles. Great deals.

Our salesman, Keith, was friendly and informative. The service dept was very personable, clean, and nice. I was happy with the price Gwatney offered on our trade as well as their vehicle. This was a great experience.

I like the friendly customer service atmosphere and knowledge of the service techs. I have never had a problem with your customer service and will continue to keep coming back for service. Thanks for all you do

Bought a used van, advertised price on website was 1000 less than the Facebook price and I was charged the higher price. I didn’t realize it until I got home... As soon as I got home the van overheated and the check engine light came on. Needs a new fan assembly 1200, emission sensor 260, CV joints 1600, tires 750 and a cracked windshield 600. No wonder everyone was so nice and quick to take my trade of my 1969 Chevy. The van was filthy inside and out... I should have walked away but was pressured into buying it. Buyers remorse at it’s finest.
