I have been calling this DHS branch multiple times a week for the past 3 weeks and can't get anyone to answer the phone. Doesn't matter what time I call, I can't get through. The most recent time I sat on hold for 20 minutes just to have someone hang up on me.

This place was ok because my kids was taking from me an I'm working harder than ever to get them back from the state I'm a young black father that's hard working an has not had many opportunities in life because of where I come from Arkansas

Have been trying to reach someone since December, it is now February and no one will answer the phone or respond to emails. I am unable to go to the office in person because of my hectic work schedule. Absolutely horrible representatives who will hang up right in your face. A disgusting DHS, you will most likely be better off without their rude and heinous service.

I went to get help for my nephew and they helped him right away thank God. And the young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

This place is absolutely terrible. The security guard is the only decent person down there. Don't expect an answer if you call them. Ever....
