Friendly staff, but they couldn't give me any information that I didn't already know

Very helpful staff, very happy with all there help.
Mostly just read a web page to you very slowly and dont take your own knowledge on board at all. Took over 30mins to tell me something I had already told them. Try to force things on you that you repeatedly say no to and are very rude when you refuse. Honestly if you cant find it on google you wont find it here either, a sorry state but unfortunately the case.
Professional service very helpful.
Easy to make appointment online, confirmation by e-mail and text message. On the day the meeting was on time and conducted with appropriate privacy processes. I hour meeting was free of charge. Advisor was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Well worth the visit and advice was followed up by e-mail summary containing helpful links to further information. Great source of free help and advice.
