Usually my favourite restaurant and take away, but sadly my meal tonight did not live up to expectations. The chicken satay was flavourless and the sauce quite gelatinous, the squid was rubbery and the two main courses were Luke warm at best after a 15 minute car ride (in a thermal bag). Not sure if the food had been sat for a while before collection (I was 2 minutes late), but compared to New Year’s Eve when you would imagine the kitchen would have been much busier, this meal fell short.

I have lost track of the number of times I have eaten here and I've never had a bad meal. I think you could give me anything off the menu and I would enjoy it. Fantastic food and service. Good portion sizes too. My kids are 9 & 11 and have eaten here a few times and they love it. Try the specials - they are always very tasty! My mouth is watering as I type just thinking about the food!!!
In the centre of Colchester so very accessible. Although it’s only a small space, it has been used very well. Modern dining with plants and fairy lights create a welcoming, clean atmosphere. The staff are extremely attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious and well-presented. Although the prices may seem steep, the portion sizes more than make up for it. I didn’t realise until after ordering but they also offer a selection of dishes on a menu board that I assume are often changed.
Amazing food. Lovely venue. Highly recommended. Higher end in terms of price, but well worth the money. Everything is delicious, freshly cooked and very filling. We love it! It is a very old, tiny building - tastefully decorated, modern, clean and very cosy and intimate inside. It has steep, narrow steps and passages which could be tricky for people with mobility issues... check access with them when you book. The menu is fab with a great selection of dishes - thankfully, it doesn't cater for 'boring brit eaters' - you won't get chips or an omlette here!! Parking on North Hill is limited, but plenty of late-night car parks nearby.
Amazing service with even better food. We got seated so quickly, the staff definitely knows what they are doing. Would recommend to anyone looking for good Vietnamese food :)
