Acura by Executive

After weeks of research and thinking, I finally decided to lease a new vehicle. We ended up at Acura by Executive. By far the best decision I could've made. The staff we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. Our salesmen Jonathan was very nice and helpful with the entire process. Want to give a huge kudos to Jonathan for all of his patience in dealing with me my crazy indecisiveness. He made it very easy for me to understand exactly what I was getting. We leased (for the first time) an Acura MDX last week through Acura by Executive. Our salesmen was Manny and he was great. We test drove it on a Monday, called with a few questions throughout the week, and drove it home the following Wednesday. Never did we feel pressured to get the car. John, the Business Manager, was also wonderful to work with and handled all of our paperwork and leasing details with Honda Finance. Thank you Manny and John! We love our car!

Went on January 8th just to check out a 2019 Acura TLX Advanced Package I seen online. Sales rep John Torre was great! I have never walked in to a dealership and not feel overwhelmed between having other customers and everything else going on at the same and with this location, it was the exact opposite. It was easy from the beginning to the end without any hassle or force to buy. I walked out later on that day with the car. John B in finance was great with answering all of the questions I had and making that part of the car buying process great! By far the best car buying experience!

Many thanks to Service Manager Jim L. and his crew, including Mike, Tyler, and incredible technician Nico! They resolved a camera issue that had stumped other service depts. They even delivered my car back to me! Excellent service with a smile. Highly recommend!
