Replied super quickly to my message and was able to help us out on the day we requested, within the same week. Did exactly what he said he would and contacted me an hour before he arrived so we could be ready. Polite, very helpful and very patient. Would recommend. Thank you!

when I booked I explained I would have to pick my niece up from school at 3pm so I would need either morning, before or after 3pm, received a phone call today to say they would be at my house between 1pm -2pm, I waited until 2.20pm then called them, they said they would be at my house in 10 minutes as they where in a meeting ( customer should come first & not once did they call me to say that they would be late)so I waited until 2.45pm & I called again to say I would have to leave to do the school run, the man that answered was abrupt & rude, so if u want a removal firm that’s reliable do not phone these
