Great place to live. The rent is a bit high, but you definitely pay for what you get. Maintenance is great, and quickly respond to requests. The worst part about living here is, without a doubt, the parking situation. Very tight streets and parking is taken very quickly, so if you're looking to park after 5 PM, you'll probably end up conceding to a spot far away from your apartment and walking a lot of the time.

The application process was made palatable by the leasing department and at no time was I ever in the dark. My move-in day was amazing by being greeted with little gifts and treats. The staff has been extremely responsive to any needs or questions that I have had.

Chesapeake Ridge Apartment feels like home from the time we moved in. We never been to an apartment complex that is so thoughtful to have snacks and welcome cards waiting for us. My daughter said it felt like we were in hotel with towels and shampoo samples in our bathrooms. The staff are so accomadating especially Eileen was so friendly and helpful from the before we even began our application process. We are so excited to call Chesapeake Ridge apartments our home.

Apartment complex very clean. Maintenance was very quick to answer problems . The pool was open summer of 2020 and was kept clean and life guards swept the area and checked water for chlorine and bacteria content often and office and life guards kept people in pool area to a percentage of capacity and I never saw more than 16 there at one time and usually there were only 10 or less. My only complaint was some residents cars had to be parked away from one's apartment and we had catalytic converter stolen from one of ours.overnight. Nice playground and dog park on grounds. I certaiinly recommend this apt. living And, also, food trucks on office parking area periodically which made nice variety of offerings without driving out of complex.

I love it here. It’s a quiet community with great neighbors. The only downside is the parking. There is little parking available for permit holding residents in front of their buildings. Otherwise, it’s a great and quiet community.
