I had a great experience here. They were flexible and reasonably priced, plus they were helpful and friendly the entire time. Here’s an example of how they go the extra mile: I needed to remove a tool box before I could install the one I bought myself. I asked what type of screws I should use to mount the new one. They told me and then said they would make sure I had some to make it easier. I got home and saw they had taped them to the box, saving me time and money tracking them down on my own. Thanks Joe and team!

Ask for David. I have a Tacoma prerunner with a short bed and it’s nearly impossible to find a ladder rack for this truck. After some minor problems with the first order David and his team went to bat for me calling the manufacturer themselves to try and expedite the special clamps for my ladder rack. He was very attentive in letting me know exactly when the shipment would get to the store and once they were in I received notification and within hours I had my Thule ladder rack installed. I also had them order the over the cab piece for my truck because the bed is so short. Anyone with a 5 ft bed trying to carry anything I highly recommend for everyone’s safety to ask David about this over the cab piece. It’s not cheap but you can’t put a price tag on safety or the workmanship and customer service David and his team were able to provide. I’m in sales and I would highly recommend Joes if you want your truck to be treated with care. Thanks guys.

Customer service/Purchase: I called a week in advance to see if they had any 7x16 trailers in stock. The day I came they only had one 7x16 left. It was a Cargo Craft trailer and fairly priced. The guys were awesome to deal with and showed me everything on the trailer that I needed to know. I was in and out in about an hour and half mainly because I was trying to decide on this trailer and the 3 others I looked at before I arrived there. I made up my mind and got a slight deal on what I wanted so I am very pleased with everyone there and my purchase. I highly recommend these guy they are incredible.
