Went to look at 2016 cadilliac ct6 platinum. I was disappointed because the paint on the wheels was rubbed off . The silver spokes were black, like someone cleaned them with acid. On the windshield it stated the car was certified. Who ever inspected this car had to be blind. Told the young salesman . About this. He directed me to the used car manager. He was a Chevy salesman. He said the car is for sale just the way it is. Certified cadilliac. He ought to be booted to the curb for saying this

I am a Rutgers graduate student and I drive an Escalade which is now over 10 years old. I have stopped by for service needs mid-semester after going home for the weekend (the itinerary for going home happened to include stopping at the Cadillac service near my hometown that I am a regular of), which required that the parts be ordered, but I had to return to Rutgers so with the power of Google Maps I found Malouf to be the nearest Cadillac center from Rutgers. I got the same friendly service at the Malouf Cadillac as I do at my hometown Cadillac. The service advisor Jennine was great and helpful, treating me like a regular during my first visit ever.
