Staff really helpful, and covid rules in place

Staff are nice enough but it is impossible to get any work done. It is very noisy and there has been some form of loud social group each time I have visited which were both really loud. There was no alternative quiet area to sit and concentrate as people are talking loudly by the computers too. The first time i was told there was no Microsoft Word on the computer so the second time I brought my own laptop to be told I wasn't allowed to plug it in...on the plus side, the staff were nice and it is very clean
The best library in the East Riding. Wonderful, airy, modern building, extremely helpful and friendly staff. The other review is BS!
